2018 Colorado Fall Color Road Trip – Day 3 – Sunset – Supplement
After the previous post, I realized that I had forgotten to include a few iPhone photos of my final campsite along Owl Creek Pass Road. So this is just a brief post to add those photos. Thanks for your indulgence.

Such a beautiful part of the world! Are you not frightened staying out there?

No, I feel very safe there. I am sure it is safer from criminal elements there than here. There can be threats from large animals; but so far I’ve not had any issues with those. I did hear something making a “snuffling” sound outside my vehicle, while I was in bed, the last night I was out. I suppose it could have been a bear or maybe just a cow. If I had been in a tent, I would have been concerned, but inside a substantial vehicle, I felt perfectly safe.
